Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the hair extension industry, all sales of all hair products are final. At no time will we refund any product purchased through our website, on location at events, or via phone. If you receive the wrong product, we will provide you with a RMA Return Form for the item(s) so that you can return the item for an exchange. Once we receive the item(s) and inspect the item(s) we will exchange the item within 48 hours of verified inspection or when the replacement item(s) is available for shipment. Customer will be notified via email when items(s) have been accepted or rejected for exchange.

Shipping

I Heart Hair will always provide our customers with flat-rate ground shipping for all orders within the continental U.S. Customers will have the option to select from "no signature required" or "signature required" for standard ground shipping orders. If you choose not to have "signature required" on your package, your package will be left at the shipping address. All packages left at the shipping address are the responsible of the customer and no longer the responsibility of I Heart Hair, Inc. All in stock orders are guaranteed to ship within 72 hours (business operating hours). Once your order ships, expect it to arrive to you within 3-5 business days for standard shipping (continental U.S. only).

International orders will be processed with 72 hours based on availability of product and arrival schedule will be included within your shipping confirmation. International orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days.

I Heart Hair also offers overnight or two day express shipping (Continental US Only) for orders received by 2PM EST. All orders received after 2PM EST requesting overnight or 2-day express shipping cannot be guaranteed to be shipped the same day but will be shipped the following day. (NOTE: This applies to all in stock products.) NOTE: ALL overnight and 2-Day express orders placed after 2:00PM EST will ship the next business day.

In addition, ALL overnight and 2-Day express are REQUIRED to submit a copy of your identification and credit/debit card during the verification process. A representative will call and or email you for this information. Once received your order will be shipped.

All orders placed outside of I Heart Hair operating hours (including holidays and weekends) will be processed the following business day.

I Heart Hair ships via UPS, FedEx and USPS. All customers will receive a confirmation that contains a tracking number once your item has shipped. If all items in your purchase are not shipped at the same time you will receive multiple confirmation emails with individual tracking numbers for when the item(s) is shipped.
